24 hour service. My Amana heat pump system is nearly 20 years old, installed by the Addcox brothers, and the first time it has failed me. Needed a new thermostat. Speaks for the quality of their products and experience for proper installation. I give them 5 stars!!!

My husband and I called and asked Addcox to come out and give us a quote. They sent Jesse out in a timely manner. He was very receptive with our questions and concerns with replacing our existing heat pump, was polite and not one bit pushy. Upon agreeing to the quote, the system was ordered and scheduled for installation within a couple of weeks. The installers, so sorry I didn't get their names, we're here early, went right to work, were polite, respectful of our property, and explained the process as they went along. When they came into the house they removed their shoes and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure the furnace was operating right, explained the thermostat and very knowledgeable about all our questions. It's only been a couple of days but feel comfortable any issues will be handled as the experience of the installation.

My in-laws had the best experience with the heat pump for inside the house and ductless for the garage. Our utility bills for the house have gone down significantly. Our 17-year-old hot water died and started leaking. Our local gas company recommended Addcox - thank goodness. The gas heater model to fit our area was no longer in production so had to get a larger one. They gave us a quote before ever started working so we went for it. Instead of the two hours of work predicted, our setup gave them endless problems. They showed up at 8 a.m. and left here closer to 6 p.m. I was worried about labor charges, but nope, their original quote was firm. And nice? 4 of their staff ended up being here (maybe 5 when the boss showed up) so all hands were working hard to get it installed that day. I can't recommend them strongly enough! Wish they also were plumbers!!!!

We had a new furnace installed a couple years ago and added a condenser for AC. Work was top quality. A summer goes by and the system wouldn't cool. There was not a single argument to be had. Their service people found a piping issue, fixed it and it's still working flawlessly. This kind of service, where a company stands behind their product is very rare.
